Sometimes you don’t need a monthly package, sometimes you just need a few hours of our time. This is when the hourly support option is for you.
Hourly support is billed on the whole hour, rounded up.
Minimum of 1 hour and includes:
- Hourly Rate
- Theme, Plugin, and Core Software updates
- One Time Backups
- Restorations of backups on request within 48 hours (week days)
- Content & Image Changes
- Technical assistance
- Social media assistance
